1. What LeadLumo does
Each search is initiated by a user entering a business category or keyword and a location. Results are retrieved on demand from a configured third-party business-search provider. Users can review public business-profile fields and website-presence signals, then choose which records to save in their own workspace.
Records are saved one at a time and remain inside the user's private LeadLumo workspace for review, notes, tags, and research-status organization.
2. What LeadLumo does not do
- LeadLumo does not send or automate email, SMS, telephone calls, or social-media messages.
- LeadLumo does not discover, verify, enrich, or sell personal email addresses.
- LeadLumo does not sell access to a precompiled business or marketing database.
- LeadLumo does not provide bulk saving, downloadable business lists, spreadsheet synchronization, or a public data API.
- LeadLumo does not determine that contacting a business is lawful, wanted, or appropriate.
3. Your responsibilities
You may not use LeadLumo or its output for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications. Before using business information outside LeadLumo, you must independently establish a lawful basis and follow privacy, marketing, electronic-communications, advertising, and anti-spam rules that apply to you and any recipient.
You may not use the service to collect sensitive personal data, resell records, create a data-broker service, bypass quotas or provider restrictions, or infringe third-party rights.
4. Third-party sources
Business-search results and integrations remain subject to the relevant provider terms, licenses, usage limits, and attribution requirements. Availability in a public directory does not by itself grant unrestricted rights to store, reuse, or redistribute information.
5. Enforcement and contact
We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate this policy and may adjust features to meet legal or provider requirements. Questions or reports may be sent to support@leadlumo.io.
